What about Airfare?
We do have an air deadline in order to confirm in destination airport transfers. Missing this deadline will result in the forfeiture of your included transfers.

What About Insurance?
The group rate is a non-refundable prepaid rate, so to protect your investment we recommending travel insurance. A quote for insurance will be included on your formal invoice. Insurance is based on your trip cost, age and state of residency so we will need to have a reservatin form on file to quote this for you.
